Adam has held progressively more responsible management positions and has acquired extensive food and beverage processing industry experience and capabilities during his tenure with Adept Chemical Technology and now Food Safety Alliance. He has made a positive contribution in the areas of Product Quality and Food Safety through his work and interaction at different levels within the industry, as well as through involvement with food and beverage processing industry associations. Following graduation from the University of Guelph with Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Microbiology, Wayne became a Biology instructor at the University of Waterloo and then went on to acquire industry tenure with Cuddy Foods, Horizon Poultry, Maple Leaf Foods, Burnbrae Farms and John Labatt Ltd., primarily in key quality management roles. In addition, Wayne has gained extensive experience and made significant contributions through his involvement at different levels in food and beverage processing industry associations. Dave is a tool and die maker by trade. In order to help diversify his work experience and further expand his knowledge and capabilities, he decided to pursue a new career and joined the core Adept team. Since joining the company in January 2012, Dave has worked closely with both Adept and now Food Safety Alliance personnel and customers and has rapidly developed knowledge and capabilities with respect to the equipment and application side of the business. His dedication to meeting customer needs has proven to be a valuable asset. Industry Experience: 4+ years
Following graduation from McGill University with a B.Sc. in Math and Physics and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Nathan carried out post-doctoral microbiological research at Sherbrooke University. He has had tenure with Sanfax, Lever Industrial, Avmor, AFCO and Hodag, primarily in technical and product development management positions focusing on the food and beverage processing industry. Also, he has served as a technical consultant and helped such clients as West Agro, Swish Maintenance, CP Industries, Dow, etc., meet their product development and technical needs.
